We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if there is a fault in the garment or if the garment is unsuitable to you we are happy to exchange, refund or replace it.  Returned goods must be received by us in a resalable condition unless the goods were faulty on opening (manufacturer fault) within 14 days of despatch.

If your goods arrived damaged (by postal fault) you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order as we then need to make a claim from either the Courier or Royal Mail. 

To Return and refund goods - complete the returns form that is included with your order and return it to us with the goods at the address shown on the form.  We recommend that you obtain proof of posting as True Trend will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

If you would like to Exchange garments, please complete details of the replacement items that you would like on the Returns Form.  Also include your credit or debit card details to cover the cost of shipping, or if you prefer you may send a cheque or postal order to cover this cost.  Upon receipt of your returned items and payment for shipping we will dispatch your new items.

If your replacement item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone to offer an alternative or refund you the goods.   You will not be charged until your replacement items have been despatched.

If the replacement item you have chosen is less expensive than those returned we will refund the difference to your credit or debit card minus the cost of shipping your new items.

If the replacement item you have chosen is more expensive than those returned, we will charge the difference to your credit or debit card.

If you feel that an item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong order, please email us at sales@clothes4bigmen.com detailing the fault or the wrong order.  We will provide return instructions.  Upon receipt of faulty or incorrectly dispatched items, we will refund the cost of return shipping (up to standard royal mail first class delivery) and send a replacement item free of charge.

If you return items to True Trend because you ordered the wrong size or for any reason other than those stated above we are happy to refund the item however you will have to cover the cost of return postage.

All garments must be returned in sellable condition with all original labels and tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, briefs, boxer shorts, socks and trunks cannot be returned, even if they have not been tried on.

True Trend reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of £3.00 per order or 10% of the total order if multiple items, where a customer orders the same item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning those that do not fit.  We are happy to take your calls on any queries regarding sizes and your order. 

If an item develops a fault after you have had it for more than 28 days then it is unlikely that it can be returned.

Garments that have been washed are non-returnable.

Where non refundable/non-exchangeable garments have been returned to us we will return them back to the customer, and the customer will be charged the cost of return postage.  If the customer wishes for the items not to be returned, hence saving them the cost of return, they goods will be donated to charity.
